2007 ML500 - Can I run 17" wheels from ML350?

I have a 2007 ML500. I would like to use some 2006 ML350 17" wheels and tires for winter on my 2007 ML500 that is set up with OEM 18" wheels. Will the 17" wheels bolt up without interference? Thanks for the help.

2006 ml350
I have both a 2006 ML350 with 17" wheels and a 2010 ML 350 Bluetec with 19" wheels. My personal experience is that the 17" fit fine on both vehicles.

The caveat: the lug bolts on the 17" wheels are a different length than the 19"wheels. Therefore, I have purchased two sets of 2006 17" wheels for winter tires and one additional set (25) lug bolts that fit the 17" wheels for the 2010.
