ML320 Year 2000
Brake lights never go off!
I start my car and my brake lights are on. They don't go off until I turn off the car. Quite embarrassing. Looking for ways to and from work with the least amount of traffic! Any thoughts before I "break down" and take it back to my dealer? ML320

Check the brake switch attached to the brake peddle

Does that include the middle (upper) 3rd light? You could be just talking about the fog lights in some imported vehicles.
