LED PLATE LIGHTS FOR 2010 ML350
Hi All,
I am looking to install the led plate lights for my 2010 ML350, I did some research on the forum, looks like none of the led plate lights will work for a 2009+ ml350, they all throw errors.
If you have successful installed led plate lights without any errors for your 2009+ ML350, can you kindly help and tell me where you got the bulbs.
Many thanks and happy new year.
Simon

I have these and they give off an led/blue look, but they're not that bright. I tried Aznoptics, PIAA, Philips, iJDMtoy and have now given up on LEDs since they all throw errors.

Hi UR2SLO, thanks for the link, I wonder how bright they are, do you have a pic with these bulbs on your car? Thanks.

Found out my bulb lenses/plastic covers were pitted outside and inside, so I cleaned them thoroughly and changed the bulbs since they broke (the ends on these bulbs are not soldered on well, so good thing I bought a bunch). They're actually pretty bright/decent especially for the price. And most important they DONT throw errors.

I would suggest buying 4+ pairs like I did. I had one burn out on me (could of been due to a loose end). Also when taking out or installing the bulbs you could break a corner as they are not soldered well.

AZN Optics, search them on the forum. Very popular here for many Mercedes models, and have all types of bulbs.

Yes, but yours is a '06. On '08 and up it gives error codes.

Unfortunately many don't read the topic in great detail and I have noticed all those that claim they have found bulbs that work have MY 06-08.
Till this day I have tried 15 different sets. None of them have worked on a 09-11 without throwing any error codes.
I'm going to try something new soon with LED's without built in resistors and I'm going to add my own resistors soldered on to them.
