Maxchip's "Tuning-Box"

Does anyone have any experience with Maxchip's "Tuning-Box", which claims to add 25% HP and Torque, and providing better fuel economy?

Maxchip claims the Tuning-Box adds ~25% for Horsepower and Torque, for the diesel engine, and are available on Amazon for $139 CAD.
