2010 W164 - HELP !!! MOST optical fiber ring master
Hi,
I have an Audio20 head unit I want to replace the head unit.
As I understand it the Audio20 has an AGW (Audio Gateway) built into the unit and is the MOST ring master.
AGW functions:
- CAN-B interface
- MOST ring master (light, power and clock master)
= Central diagnostic interface for the MOST components MOST and CAN-B) (for basic sound)
Do I need a ring master or can I get by without?
What will happen to the other devices on the ring?
