Arrow ML320 Electrical Issues-- Won't Start!

I own a 2000 ML320 with approx. 130,000 miles on it and have not had this problem until about 2 months ago. When I start my car, the ignition comes on fine. All the controls work (radio, ac, etc.) But when I continue turning the key to start the engine it does absolutely NOTHING. Does not even attempt to turn over, no clicks, not even any unusual lights on the dash. It is not an alternator issue as I have tried jumpstarting it. I have also checked all the fuses.

2 days ago this happened again, and when the tow truck showed up to haul it to the shop it started right up after I had tried for almost 2 hours. Mechanic told me the 8 prong chip right above the diagnostic plug under the steering wheel (not sure what its called) probably came unplugged. Only thing is, I have pulled the chip out in the past out of curiosity and I don't believe it has anything to do with starting my car. That's why I'm here!

Anyone experienced similar problems with their ML320, or any mechanics out there know what could be causing this issue?

Check all Fuses including Under the passenger seat besides Main Battery. Looks like one of the fuse might be loose, came of or blown off. When I was replacing my main battery, I removed one of the fuse next to battery out of curiosity and car did not start at all. You never know.
