Quicksilver ML

Searched the threads but couldn't find an answer.

Looking to pick up a used set of GL550 21" AMG wheels and was wondering if there should be any issue's with my ML550. From my understanding it should be ok but wanted to double check before purchasing. The tires are 295/40/21. Anyone have this setup installed already, would love to see pictures. Not 100% sure yet on upgrading from the 19" AMGs already on.

They are the same spec as the ML AMG 21" wheels. They will stick out more. maybe beyond the fender line.

What tire size are the one's you have on your 550?

They are GL AMG replicas. The OEM came in only 21". I love the style and the 21" look but tires for that size are crazy expensive and limited.

These come in 20"

Tires: 275/45 R20

I'm running 15mm spacers in the back. It sticks out of the fender line about 3mm. The front is flush. I love the aggressive stance. Looks staggered.

Thanks, that helps it should be almost a similar fit without the spacers.

Not really. The back will be similar to mine.

But your front wheels will stick out much more than the back.

Did realize the cost of 21" tires and the limited availability in that size, going to try and locate a nice 20" AMG set.

Thanks for pointing it out on a previous post, I had no idea the difference in price and selection between 20" and 21".
