I've notice that my ML is making a subtle rattling noise when cold and it last a few minutes, the noise comes from the passenger side underneath the vehicle, kinda sounds like if there was a lose wire or lose wrench... I back out and drive off it it comes and go but it all last about a few minutes 1-5 minutes max.

I don't think that it is the CV joints.

Has anyone experienced that ?

I had also noise when Cold. Not ratteling noise.. But summing noise. Asked my local dealer, they told me to fill more servo steering oil. Filled up the servo cup.. Noise gone
