2013 ML350 Bluetec Rear Trans/Trans Case seepage

I put my SUV up on the lift and it looks like it has a slow seep near the rear transmission tail mount. Has anyone else seen this? I just bought this and I assume its covered under warranty

Nothing is dripping on the ground but i can see 2-3 drops forming at the bottom of the case and the exhaust seems to be getting a little bit of oil on it and smelling a little.

37000 miles on the vehicle.

Quickly point this out to the seller and get it repaired as through time it will only get worse!!

Its at the dealer to get looked at. I was just curious if this is a known problem with others. The dealership said they have not seen this before. 36k miles and a leaking trans seems very premature. I have had cars with 100k miles without a single leak. I cant even tell where its coming from, its more forward of the mount because it seems to be collecting at the mount
