EGR Temp sensor B16/14 ??

Hey all,

2009 ML320 Bluetec

Thanks for info in advance but I have an intermittent code--10EF00 "Component B16/14 exhaust gas recirculation temperature sensor, has a plausibility error"

Mostly this happens during the first drive of the day. Does anyone know exactly where this sensor is? I'd like to check it and then order a new one if need be. Anyone have a part number? I have been looking all over the internet...Many thanks.

Remove the engine trim cover and look behind left side of fan---the sensor is mounted on a pipe that makes a turn---the torque requirements is 45Nm----I believe the part is VIN sensitive therefore get the part number at a dealer!!
