Heavy steering ML280

Hi guys,

2007 ML280 developed heavy steering at very low speeds about 8 months ago. Took it to the garage and they greased or oiled a nut or bolt and it completely freed it up.

2 days ago it became heavy again. Fancy sorting it myself but have no idea how to locate the correct bolt.

As you can probably tell I'm no mechanic but would like to give it a go.

Rear shocks to be done after this but will engaged the help of my brother in law for this I think...

Cheeers

do you get heavy steering when turning or trying to pull out of a parking spot or when you are stand still?

Any noises when turning?
