Hey guys.

I've been searching online, and I cannot seem to be able to find the correct part numbers for these 2 items for a 2008 ML 320 CDI. I thought the engine cover grommets were 6420940785 but the place I was planning on buying them from says they're incompatible with the ML.

Then there's the driver's side firewall insulation, which I can't even seem to locate on the schematics. It was damaged when I replaced the air filter. No idea where they're listed...

Anyone have any idea? I'm stumped!

Have you checked with a Mercedes dealer or Mercedes Indy shop?

Yes. The dealer can't get the grommets, and the part number they gave me doesn't show up on any of the parts websites.

They couldn't even find the firewall material in their schematics.

Don't know about the firewall material, but I did have a grommet replaced on the engine cover. They pulled it out of a small plastic bag containing new ones. Contact my indy shop: http://www.eurospecautoservice.com/
