Are you in USA? Update your profile with location, and the only vehicle you have listed is a CL500.

OK, so if you haven't invested in the service DVD I highly recommend it.
I'm getting the feeling you want to replace your door lock actuator, correct?
So, I'm attaching a few docs I put printed from the DVD when I was going to do the same job once. I ended up just paying the mechanic, since it's a real PIA job.
The doc with how to remove the rear door handle, you see the screw I was mentioning, and in the front door, it's the one that hold the lock cylinder.
You go from the side of the door, sideway, with a torx driver. You have to fish around for it. Then put some tape around the threads so it doesn't fall back in.
To get a better idea, check around there's some threads in the W203 forum, especially on benzworld about repairing the IR sensors, with good pics of how to get the lock cylinder out, then once removed, the door handle.

I've attached a doc for removing the door module. Honestly, I'm not sure if thus is the actuator, but it does give instructions for removing the window, which you will have to do. Honestly, it's expensive, but this is a job for the mechanic.
Be careful with the glass if you decide to do this yourself.
I don't have all the docs listed here, just the ones I printed to pdf, before I said f it, take it the mechanic.

Call 1800mercedes and order the W164 service DVD.

Thank you that helps alot. I took the door apart and removed the handle that was easy. I guess removal of actuator is covered by step 13 M10 screws but they look plastic. I am waiting for new door actuator coming from Florida dealer. The shipped it fedex smart post so will be here on 25th and it was shipped on 15th

I almost broke the glass, hadn't bothered to pull the instructions, so be careful.
I'd been inside there on my W203 and thought it would be the same...no.
Seriously, call 1800mercedes you'll need to get to the literature dept or something and order the DVD. You won't regret it.
Very likely you'll need more info than I've posted.

I learn something today that the lock is hold by tree plastic prongs that come with lock. I had to punch them out to remove old lock and push them in to install new lock. I did not have to drill any rivets out. Installing lock is very easy.
