Hey Michael,
I have a '13 GLK250 with the light package. Do you know anything about the tail light set on this vehicle? There are two section of plasma loops for the running lights and one set of leds for the brake and turn signal (top section only). There seems to be another (lower section) of leds but they are not connected or programmed to work in the USA? Do you know how I can get those lower leds to work?
2013 Mercedes GLK250/350 tail light
Thanks,
Rick

Unfortunately we haven't had the opportunity to take apart the tail light on that year GLK. Can you show us the back socket connector? Can you trace where the bottom LED strip you mentioned and see if it has any wires attached to that section and find the power wire? Is it like the w205 where the bottom LEDs are only active on premium and lighting package? If so then it might just be a matter of coding them in via STAR. Either that or run a tap from the top light unit to the bottom wire if you can identify so they'd be in essence daisy chained together.

Can you take a few pics? Might help me visualize. STAR is MB's diagnostic tool that also allows for special coding.

Sharing a pic provided by one of our customers of our new V5 194 wedge LEDs and the level of brightness the new design has with just the city lights by themselves.

Have halogen reflectors and don't want to blind oncoming traffic with an HID conversion? Good call! We also carry full line of Morimoto Bi-Xenon projector retrofit kits from FX-R stage III and IV to Morimoto Mini Stage III!

I believe those should be 194 wedge bulbs. Mercedes doesn't release bulbs specs for there though, but believe it's the same general assembly for the make and post 2010 models have all been shifting towards 194 wedge bulbs for their small bulb replacements.
You'll probably want our stub series bulbs which are smaller which helps with low clearance. Just shoot me a PM or email me directly at aznoptics@gmail.com and I can get you set up.
