This is the oil separator and positive crankcase ventilation refresh kit.
This kit includes the updated oil separator located on the cylinder head. This is a common area for oil leaks on the M272 engine.

The oil separator, allows the crankcase to safely vent air and stop oil from escaping during the process.

If you are experiencing a loss of performance or a rough idle with the M272 V6 in your Mercedes-Benz, the PCV System / Oil Separator might be to blame.
