2008 ML320 CDI Particulate Filter
It seems that my M-B dealer thinks I need a new DPF for $3600. The mystery is that the engine performs normally about 22F which the dealer doesn't explain. I have about 146000 miles on the vehicle and drive it mostly on the highway. They just say thaat the "computer" says it needs a new DPF. They explain the proper operation to my "going over bumps" that shakes up the carbon.
Anyone have such a similar experience.
