Hey, I was just reading in a post that you had to fix a problem with your wipers, I'm actually having the same problem the other guy did before actually getting to it. Taking the guard off below the wipers, is that all you really did was push down hard?, It seems to be on there pretty tight but i was mostly trying to pull up but is there any other screws below it though, it seems pretty tight on the windshield?

the vin is wdbrf40j75a736262 made in Germany is what the sticker on the door frame says, i also didnt see any fluid out the bottom (although its raining) but theres deffinatly a pump going somewhere!?
