There's a locked plug at the top of the windshield washer pump on my '99 E430 and I need to know how to disconnect so that I can replace the pump. (I don't want to snap off any of the clips by accident.) Do I need a proprietary MB tool?
Also, I plan to replace the grommets that surround the heater element for the washer reservoir, but do not know if it is safe to just detach the hoses going to the heater or if I'll introduce an air bubble into the system.
Thank you
Dimitri Katsaros
