MBTECH208 Wiper Qustn

My 209 drivers wiper is missing a patch of the lower and center windshield while wiping, I switched the blades from side to side and it missed in the exact same area
I know there is a bulliten about noisy blades on the passenger side and bending the arm but is this also part of the problem I'm having
