what are the "Add. parts for countries with low ambient temp."

Friends,

Can anyone help me with this? Does anyone happen to know what specifically are the parts that are modifed/added for 2010 C180 when it has the line V " 824 Add. parts for countries with low ambient temp." in the datacard as original factory preset? What can happen or need to be done if this car goes thru hot summers? Over heat? poor air condition cooling?

Will appreciate your suggestions.

My guess is thermostat. It may cause the motor to operate at a higher temperature than ideal during the summer.
