hi i just changed the valve bodt big black plate in the transmission on my 2003 e500 with had check engine light on e500 0715 unplugged both batteries 1 in truck and small on under hood not sure what that one is for. For 3 days and still the car remembers everything all radio station memory seats etc. My questions is how do i reset at out of limp mode so i can get my trans to shift gears? Everything has been changed and new fluid ready to go just to reset. Thanks any help would be great thanks frank

and now the starter went lol. and trying to take out the start is a B&^*%$ omg 1 day and still in the car lol any tips on how to get it out?

You seem to be creating more issues than you are solving. Why not get it done correctly. Limp Mode? Thats caused by more than you have done. Reset?? What about the small battery under the hood, did you disconnect that?? I guess you are having fun making a mess out of a perfectly good car. Based upon the questions you have asked its my assumption that you are not competent to do any repairs and should keep your fingers out of it.

i fixed the car changed the valve bodt $129 at dealership bought 9 quarters of trans oil for $83 bucks ans only used 6 quarts so $212 dollars later oh plus reset on the limp mode was $75 by a friend so $287 car drives perfect lol!!! thanks to plp that helpd out on here
