eccentric bolt for front axle alingment

W212 E63, Audi R8 4.2, Panamera S, Range Rover Sport GT
eccentric bolt for front axle alingment

anyone know where this bolt is located, and how it works? I need to adjust the camber on one side of a customer's car (one side has greater camber than other, and dealership will not touch it). It is a 2002 CLK430.

you will probably need to install camber bolts

that is what the eccentric bolt is - a factory camber bolt

Yes, factory has a set of camber bolts. However its only good for 1 degree. If your car has more than 1, you'll need the K-Mac set

The bolts DO NOT come insallted from the factory. You will need to buy them at your dealers service dept.

I already know that, they car has them installed according to the dealer records. I just need to know HOW to adjust them.

Does anyone have the answer to my question?

if it's installed, its in the same location as the stock bolts they are on tthe lower a-arm that bolts to the body. You losen them up, and you turn them. You are going to need alignment machine to do it correctly.
