I have E 250 D and E 200. I have some issues with E 250 AC compressor and engine oil.

First of all accept my greetings for creating and maintaining this great forum.
In my E 250 D year 2000 model, the AC runs but compressor pully seems locked as I switch on AC the sepentine belt squeals. Switch off the AC and sound goes.
First issue - There is some oil leakage around compressor neck. I assume lack of lubricant is causing this.
Which oil (specs please) should be put in the AC compressor of E 250 D year 2000 model ? And how much ?

Second issue - a query basically, how much engine oil (litre) should be filled while replacing the engine oil. I want to do it on my own.
