Booster. Pictures don't show the booster.

I would have cut the seat belt without waiting for anybody. Those pictures looked life threatening.

I wanted to so bad when she starting crying. I just wanted a third party there just in case I ran into problems with Mercedes saying that I was at fault. As the tech drove up we were getting ready to call the Sheriffs department.

I am just trying to figure out how to approach this. This can happen to another child and I don't want the dealership to fix it and sweep it under the rug. I bought this car for my wife to safely drive to work and take care of the girls. The wife hates the car the now.

It does not look the little one is in a booster. How is she looped in the seatbelt? I see its unbuckled how is she still stuck? 911 might have been a better option then MB. That would have been a 3rd party also a trip to the ER could have been a great idea.... At least now a docs appointment.
I hate to Monday QB you but you should not have allowed your kid to be stuck for 40 mins.
I hope she is ok.

I thought my original comment explained why she is unbuckled and why I asked the questions I did. She is still stuck because the seatbelt kept retracting when we unbuckled it. The booster was removed by the tech to try to alleviate the pressure of the seatbelt. I cannot answer why she is still stuck. I am no engineer and that is the reason why I posted this. The seatbelt kept pulling her as though there were some ghost behind the seat pulling it. The tech could not figure it out either. The reason he cut the belt. An ER trip was not necessary in this incident. My original post asked for advice on how to approach Mercedes.

Mods please lock this thread. I've gotten some advice on another forum. Thanks.
