Broken ML engine till 100000km

Broken ML engine till 100000km
Complain on WDC1660241A040354
2014. 09.06 (at 99600km) my car lost force in accelerator. Without any "check" at panell. After I came to official MB service they found my injector was broken by mechanical way and it total damaged engine piston. After service (they change injector and piston) next few days was totally broken catalysator and I again came to MB service.
And now MB service keep my car more than 2 months and don't inform me then my car will be finally repaired. I don't know what it happens and why.? What do you suggest to do.?
I came with complain to official MB service in 2014.09.06 and MB service till now 2014.11.24 can't repair my car without any explanation, they can't tell when exactly my car will be ready. It is very stupid and unprofessional. I send official claim( by email: dialog@daimler.com) to Daimler AG in 2014.11.03 and only after 17 days I receive answer " we receive you claim and we come back as soon as possible". Again NOTHING. I am very disappointed on MB ML350 quality and on MB official service. Car number WDC1660241A040354
What to do? How to get clear answer from official MB service.? From Daimler AG? Where to send claims.?
