Lost CLK Keyfob
My friend has a 2010 clk350 and lost her only keyfob. The title of the car is not under her name and Mercedes Benz requires verification from the actual owner of the car.
What is the best way to resolve this issue as mercedes wont allow her to order a new key unless they get authorization for the owner of the car, who is currently overseas. Do they require the actual title or is a registration under her name sufficient?
