Faulty Torque converter costs 3500€!!!

Hi all!

Im a new member. I hope to get help with this matter.

After several visits to the MB dealer they now say that my converter i faulty. Previously they have reprogrammed it without succes.

The complete works would land at 3500€ of which the converter itself cost 1500€. I have searched for it; A212250020280 without any luck. I have a monumental cheaper mechanic but where can I get hold of this part?

Right now the gearbox is jerking while the tranny is cold. No codes!

I know nothing about this seller, nor do I know the exchange rate of the Euro.
