Hi, I just got an obd2 scanner, somehow it reads that it cant connect to the cars ecu, anyone had this problem before? Maybe 1 of the 2 fuses are blown? Since I do get power on the scanner and able to connect with my android, but when it starts up it reads "cant connect to ecu".

Where does your scanner get its power,if from the car battery you may have to low a voltage!!

It gets power from obd input, so if i connect the car battery to a booster/ check battery voltage i may be able to connect to obd? I Didnt think about that, i will check tomorrow. But if so when The car is running should It not be enough voltage?
