First off I want to thank you all for your ideas and how to write-ups.
Up is a 2003 C32. It is bone stock and just hit 98,000 miles today. I bought it from my sister and I believe she had it since new. I took it to a local MB mechanic shop and had it looked at/tested. Other than them trying to sell/install a new s/c pulley (bearing whine), everything checked out good.
This year I have changed the following (with new parts from Needswings):
AIT sensor
s/c pulley bearings
2 guide pulleys
Bosch Aux Intercooler pump w/ new pigtail (as I was going to install a CM30 but I replaced with a Bosch)
Also changed this year:
One new headlight bulb
New battery and, as the problem ended up being the alternator, I changed that also.
New front tires just before summer
New rear tires about a month ago.
Also last year:
New front rotors and pads
It does have a couple of quirks. The rear driver's side door sometimes doesn't open from the outside. And, the sunroof acts a bit funny when closing it (but it always gets closed).
Asking $9500 and I am pretty firm. If I had the time and funds this would be a great car to start modding. The last two years have been fun!

Still for sale.
Will look into getting a carfax to have it available. Also, I've found the service history from when my sister owned it (mostly warranty work and safety bulletins).
Mileage is close to 98,500 now.
