2005 E55 AMG Wagon
2005 E55 AMG Wagon, 77k miles, Black
Hi there. I am thinking of selling my 2005 E55 AMG Wagon with only 77,xxx miles on it. I am the 2nd owner and located in Mesa Arizona. It is a really nice car. Factory black car with every option except the Distronic. Below are some of the key codes;
297-rear door sun blinds
414-sunroof
433/434- dynamic front seats
530-dvd navigation
600-headlamp cleaning
615-bi-xenon headlight w/active curvelight
810-HK Logic 7 sound system
819-6 disc changer
844-folding bench seat in cargo area
889-keyless go
954-equipment package for avantgarde vehicles(what is this??)
W60-Burl walnut interior trim
Car was sold new in Tucson but the owners were from El Paso. Autocheck has a perfect history and every service was at the Dealership in El Paso. My local dealer said it has had every service done and it was normally done early. They would not print it out for me since it has the previous owners information on it. Tires are nearly new which are Continental ContiProContact all season. Only 129 imported in 2005. New material is on order to have the front seat bottoms re-done. I have also ordered new center caps, grill, emblems for the hatch and front interior door handles. Also, the old mirror tint is currently being replaced as well, lol.
Anyway, as far as price goes, the only ones I have seen for sale is the one of Ebay for $29885 with 88k miles and far less options, and the high mileage one on Autotrader for $24999. I am sure that are far more experts on here to that can perhaps make a serious offer. Let me know what you think and we can go from there. Email or call me at 602-697-3526.

Ok, looking for $23k without doing the front seats. It will take approximately 6 weeks before the seats would be done due to backlog so I would rather sell it sooner. Title in hand and clear. Not a dealer so there is no sales tax buying from an individual.

Not exactly true - in MA they get you for sales tax when you register it.
What is the cost to repair the seats?

That's true. I was thinking of Arizona. I forgot some other places may require you to do that. Factory Seay cover bottoms from Germany are around $900.00. Local shop can probably do it cheaper.
