Hi fellas, just wanted to know how many active members are here. I enjoy checking out local events like supercar saturdays/rise and drive and would love to cruise with some of you guys to the events. Looking forward to meeting other members here.

The next supercar saturdays is in bolingbrook. Let's plan on a meeting spot as we get closer to the date. I'm also planning on attending rise and drive on sunday and 1/2 mile event near champaign the following week.

Golfing etc...

Oct 3 and 4. BLACKHAWK track.

I don't think I've heard of any local amg meets but I am planning on going to the 1/2 mile event hosted by omega motorsports no fly zone @Rantoul National Aviation Center (near Champaign) 8am-5pm this Sat, 9/19 and a cruise to kettle moraine on Sun, 9/20 with mostly bmw's.

No Fly Zone 1/2 mile side by side racing at Rantoul Aviation Center Sept 19-20. I'm planning on leaving tomorrow at 8am if anyone wants to join me. It's about 2hr drive (near champaign). I been to a similar event last year and it was a blast!

My car is in the western burbs and my son is driving the car at the moment as his 'daily' since he put away his S2000 for hibernation.

You might see him driving around in the area.
