Only way we can help you is if you tell us the offsets and width.
Also are they 5X112?
Typically all of this info is printed on the back of the wheel.

Rims
the hamman wheel specs are
FA 11.0 J x 23 / RA 12.0 J x 23
with tires: FA / RA 315/25 R 23
And the specs for the x6 bolt pattern are
Size: 20" x 10", 5 Lug, 120mm Bolt Pattern, 40mm Offset

You'll need an adapter for the different bolt patterns. Most likely it will be too aggressive and the wheels will stick past the edge of the fenders.
Figure out what your original rim's specs are (alloywheelsdirect.net) will have information regarding width and offset of your stock rims.
Use this calculator to figure out the inner and outer differences:

I am guessing that your ML's wheels are 9 inches wide with ET60 and if that's the case, you're going to be 45mm wider on the outside than stock which is way too aggressive.

Offsets are fine at 40mm that is what im using with 21s carlssons but you will just need to get an adapter, im not sure how much further that will cause the wheels to come out.
my ML63 standard wheel offsets are 45mm
I would recommend selling them and buying ones made for the car, but if you really like the wheels then do some research on adapters and go for it.

When calculating how the new wheels fit you can't just look at offsets. You also have to look at the width of the wheel. Please refer to the 1010 link that I posted.

Yeah your right. I didnt see that the wheels were 12" wide, ones I have are 10.5" I will see if there still enough room.

Where can I buy these adapters?
Or do u mean spacers that I put inside the center of the rim to center it to the rotor hub
I really don't want to buy new rims because these cost me 20k
