Same here... can't get 285/50/18s...
Anyone have some pics and info on what alternatives exist. Not really wanting to buy all new rims and tires. Thinking of trying to get some 285/55/18s. I assume this is doable and would be a minor change to the look and feel of the ML55. Also, will a tire shop put on a tire size different from OEM size?

315 / 35 / 18 - any body?
Anyone running bigger that the 285s? If so, what is your experience... would you recommend? Do you like the look, the ride?
Will a 315 / 35 / 18 fit on the ML 55 EOM rim and will it rub on the wheel wells? ala will it 'fit'.
I saw a BMW X something running some big feet earlier today... looking good.
