What could it be ? Water pump ? Powersteering ? Pulley ?

Sounds like a pulley, a 17 mm socket grabs the tensioner, pull the belt off and spin all 3 idlers and 1 tensioner. They should spin freely. Good luck fitting your hands in there

known problems are, power steering reservoir filter gets clogged and starve the power steering pump and rack. Other cause could be pulleys. I upgraded my pulleys to Weistec Pullys. But i DID have a power steering problem where it starved my pump and rack and just exploded spilling power steering oil all over the floor. But that doesn't sound good. hopefully you figure it out.
