outside temp gage sensor?
Had some bodywork done on my 02 ML55. Temp gage is stuck on -36 degrees,......they must have removed the front bumper cover and done something
Any ideas?

You need to get a WIS ( free online service available to US customers) and look it up. If the wire was disconnected or broken you'd get a reading like that. My guess is it's been disconnected unless you had Neanderthals remove it in which case it's more likely broken because you have to know its there or you break it in the removal. Good luck.
