Shocks Refuse to firm Up during Motion

Hello, i need advice on what to do on my ML350 2012 model. the car has run over 25k miles and my shock suddenly refused to get firm up during motion wish makes the car very unstable on motion, waving at every slightest turn, mercedes benz service centre had recommended i changed the shock wish i did and the waving and the firmness issue still remain there.

i need help on this as i am getting very sick with this car already.
Good opinion will be highly appreciated

did you check that the sway bar is still correctly connected to the wheel arms on both sides?

It can be a combination of Tire, small wheel, shocks, spring, sway bar etc.
ML is big SUV, I have upgraded all of them to guarantee a stable turns and depends what is your taste.

Shocks that are only 2 years, or less, old should not need replacing. What does the dealer say when they drive it. Everyone perception of how a vehicle should handle is different. I'd this happened all of a sudden after 25k, there must be something going on.

Could very well be bad shocks. I had our front shocks replaced at around 40k (warranty). They were getting quite bouncy. Dealer said shocks were leaking. All good since replaced.

thanks All. The Dealer confirm that All the systems are ok except that the tire pressure is high wish they reduce to 35psi and they claimed that the vehicle is ok. but this vehicle is not ok because i am the user and i have been driving for over 20k.
what went wrong stated from when the insurance company installed a tracking device and same day i notice that the vehicle lost all the stability and firmness of the shock, i requested that the device should be remove and yet the system never return back to its original driving condition, there is no check engine light on the screen and under the car all the sway bar are well connected and in position. i am suspecting probably there is technology behind this operation that mercedez benz has installed to monitor the level ground control of the car body, because i still very confused that there is no way 4 shock will go bad at the same time. another amazing thing i don't understand about the operation is that, this shock is manual and does not use any direct wire connection or any form of indirect electrical connection.
