Hi All

Long time lurker but I recently got upgraded from a 2000 ML 320 to a 2012 ML350 CPO. It drives like a dream. The previous owner had installed an oem cross bar when he ordered the car and of course, now the dealer can't seem to find the keys. I read somewhere that Thule manufactured these cross bars and there is a number (019) etched into the lock. Do you guys know if a master key exist or if Thule makes replacement keys?

Thule would be able to send you a key for a fee. OR, call a locksmith
