FAILURE at Brumos Mercedes of Orange Park FL
This AM I brought my 2014 ML350BT to my dealer for it's 10k service. I had called the week before to make an appointment and reserve a loaner. Even called yesterday to confirm the appointment and loaner.
When I arrived they processed my ML and told me to have a seat and they would get me to my loaner. After a half hour wait an Enterprise employee came into the waiting room and said that they were going to get me to my car. They drove me to the closest Enterprise location where they put me in a beat up Nissan Sentra!
The Sentra looked like hell with scratches on both sides and paint missing from the front end. I BLEW UP!
My service rep informed me that Mercedes was doing some kind of promotion and they were short or loaners. I could care less. I own my own company and your customers come before any promotion!
Could not go back to the dealer as I was already late getting to a meeting. So i hoped in this little units and the steering wheel was sticky. Was not that bad as the stickyness helped me to hold onto the steering wheel from when it started vibrating at 60 MPH!
This was my first Mercedes after 12 Lexus units, what the hell was I thinking!

Don't punish your Benz over a failed service experience. Its not normally like that. Here in Edmonton Alberta our dealer(David Morris) bends over backwards to accommodate us. The service advisors and follow up are awesome.

I would be disappointed too! But as Artly said, it was likely a one time deal. I received a spotless 2014 GLK loaner for my first service appointment here in Washington (Lynnwood MB).
