Anyone Have A RECENT Experience Assuming a MBFS Lease?

I have read older threads here talking about how MBFS will turn down pretty much anyone this side of Bill Gates for a lease assumption. Potential lessees with 800+ credit scores being routinely kicked to the curb. Does anyone have anything positive to say about trying to take over a lease/get out of a lease with MBFS?
