Newly purchased CPO ML 350 already in shop - should I be worried

Hi, I just purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2012 ML 350 (25K miles) and within 3 days it had to go into the shop because the Active Lane Keeping assist was not working so they had to order a new "Radar Sensor". After driving it for one day I also noticed that it was pulling so it turn out that the car also needed an alignment. This causes me to worry that the Certification process was not thorough enough. Should I be worried about this based on these two issues? I've been without the car since the start of the year while they await the part etc.

I think its fine, its just little stuff. Just tell them when its in to give it a look over and make sure the certification was appropriately done. If you continue to have issues then consider contacting MBUSA. I think the dealer can satisfy all issues.

Even brand new benzes have these issues as was my case ... I wouldn't get worried just yet
