W166 ML350 driver assist

I experienced a number of malfunction errors and now my car will not start.

Summarized the events below;
last week i got a driver's assist error
Yesterday I got a SRS malfunction and emergency brake malfunction error. I drove home and tried restarting and now my car will not start.

I called MB service and over the phone they diagnose the problem to be a faulty driver assist sensor located in the rear bumper. I am hoping I can disconnect the sensor and bypass the error and hopefully the car will start.

Can anyone provide direction on where the sensor is located and how I can disconnect it
