Grill removal ml350 W166
Hi everyone,
I am a brand new owner of a ML350.
I have just done a trip in the country and collected a lot of bugs on the radiator and wish to place some mesh behind the grill. Does anyone know how to remove the grill.o

Yes, went to the MB Panel repair shop and they took it off and gave me instructions.
Firstly remove the plastic retaining studs for the top cover just above the grill. Then there are 4 clips just above the bottom row of the grill. To release these Push a plastic or similar wedge to release these. The grill should then come off. To replace, just align the grill and push in from the bottom first to make sure all the clips re-engage then replace top panel.
I hope this helps.
While I am on the forum I thought everyone should know that my Keyless Go control panel has had the Richard. Cost in Brisbane for replacement is A$1175 + fitting.
Out of warranty by 2 months! No goodwill as I am the 2nd owner.
