8.5" wide rim offset 45

Does anyone of you know what will this rim spec will look like on the ML? I have a spare GLK AMG rim and I want to transfer the stock ML tires on it. Would it be flush? Will the stock 265/45 tire bulge more (not bad I think). If someone has a similar setup please do share some pictures.
