2012 ML350 BlueTec - Weight Distribution
Hi,
We have 2012 ML350 BlueTec. We wanted to know what the front/rear weight distribution ratio is for our car. I submitted a question to MBUSA which was useless... I submitted the question on 06/30/15 & got the following response today 07/11/15 (11 days later):
"Thank you for your patience while we researched your inquiry with our technical contacts.
Our product advisors however have confirmed that this is an unpublished number.
We recognize it may not be the response you seek however we appreciate your understanding in our limitations.
We extend our best wishes for many miles of safe, pleasant driving."
Not sure why such a number would be "unpublished". Is it a secret?
Does anyone on the forum know what the weight distribution ratio is for these cars? I know that we can find out by getting to a car scale, but there are no scales in our area that we could find. So if anyone has an answer, it would be really great.
Thank you

FWIW, here is Car and Driver's raw test sheet for the '13 ML350 BlueTec on the scale (should be virtually identical to the '12):

Short answer: 52.8%/47.2%
