New to Lease..2015 ML350 4Matic
Hi,
I have been a long time looker here but first time posting as I am ready to purchase my first MB. With the new GLE coming out, I am looking to take advantage of the remaining MLs. Need you experts here in regards to lease as I have never done it before. Here is the quote I got. How is the MF and residual value given? I am still working on the price to $52k hopefully.

MSRP Window Sticker Price $62,715
MBUSA Official Invoice $59,124
Your Discounted Selling Price $54,584
You can lease, finance, or pay cash at this selling price
36 month lease
10,000 miles per year (56% residual)
$795 acq fee (not marking up to $1,095 like most dealers)
0.00099 buy rate money factor (on approved Tier 1 & Tier 2 credit only)
0.00099 sell rate money factor for your deal (no mark up to structure the
lowest lease possible)
$1,283.71 minimum drive-offs (includes your first month's payment, tax,
license, dmv reg. fees, etc.)
$704.56 total monthly payment including tax (using OC tax rate)
Any advice and feedback will be much appreciated.
