PRICES RIGHT?-2015 ML 350

We currently have a leased 2012 ML350 on lease that ends in mid November.

We are interested in another ML however purchase new or slightly used.

I'm looking at a 2015 ML350 loaded with 9k miles certified. Listed $57,600 and why are saying their drop dead price is $56k + fee + ttl.

Is this good deal or not?

See attached pic of options.

I would suggest you got to edmunds.com and check value - under "research" then under "Trade-In" value...edmunds will give you a benchmark Certified price.

Good Deal?

Looks like about an 18% discount. If it is a CPO car w/no mileage limit I would be a buyer.

That is correct it is a CPO and is a 5 year unlimited mile warranty.

This vehicle has every option on it plus more. Wife wanted heated steering wheel and dvd headrests for the kids.

My only thing I'm on the fence in is ml is old news going to gle class. I could get new gle w/o dvd headrests for same price and it will hold value over the ml.

Thoughts? Do I pull trigger on loaded ml? Maybe ask for 2 yr paid maint, rubber mats..

Or lean towards new gle350 and sacrifice the dvd headrests?

Thanks for all the input!

If you can get a GLE with all the options you want for the same price and sans the DVD headrests, that'd be my vote...

This part makes no sense - GLE with comparable options will be comparable MSRP new - without the one year depreciation mark down - and depending on your planned miles per year - CPO warranty can be to a advantage..

We visited dealers all day yesterday looking to buy or lease ML350. Not many to choose from however offered a $8,500 discount off MSRP. At the end we found a ML400 certified 2016 with 4K miles.

MSRP w/options $71,565
Minus $8,000 discount (11%)

Sale price : $63,565

Included:
- 40k prepaid maintenance they said is worth $1.875
- Rubber mats
- CPO thru May of 2020. Unlimited mileS

Has anyone seen more than 11% discount? We are members of American Bar Association, Pentagon Credit Union, USAA and United Premier.

Appreciate any thoughts...

I believe you meant to say you found a 2015 ML400 - the 2016 model is GLE.

Benchmark with edmunds.com - if you like the rig - and 3rd party like edmunds confirms the "price is right" - then dive in !

Check USAA and/or PenFed finance rates - have dealer meet or beat so convenience of paperwork all done at one time.

Keep the beat !

Depending on where you live, many dealers will sell you a new 2016 for ~11% off.

I mis quoted. This is a 2015 not a 2016.

Thoughts on price?

As for the $2500 incentive through Pentagon. The dealer is reimbursed for this correct?

$ Incentives. Having bought several MB's through USAA--that $ is only available for NEW cars not preowned,CPO etc. It may be that other organizations are the same.

You might be able to get a 2016 for that price. I highly recommend you go with the GLE.
