Actually I had one of these in the shop just the other day. There is a possibility it is the ESP control unit. The one I did was replaced.

Yeah, I think it's a senor too. But the dealership said they were going to order and replace the reservoir. Is the sensor in there? Also, I'm leaving for vacation tomorrow in it, is it OK to drive?

If the dealer gave you your car back after the diagnosis, I would say its ok to drive. If all it really is, is a bad sensor, it should be fine. Could you see any fluid leaking?

Nope. Nothing leaking. I figured it was just a sensor but years ago the same dealership and the same service advisor told me to just ignore the yellow warning light on the dash till it turned red and till I had time next week to get in. I drove it out that night and 10 miles from my house on the interstate the light turned red and the car practically stopped. I limped home and it had to be towed in.

Now after driving for 4 hours the warning light has gone off and hasn't reappeared since.
