How much would you offer for this car?

http://certified.mercedes-benz.ca/og...da2eb8ca034394

The car is located here in Ottawa Ontario Canada. How much would you guys offer on this car? Car has 88 000km so it is already chewing on the CPO 120 000km warranty. Decently equipped (no xenon headlights and no 20' mags grrrrr).

I feel that an offer of 39 500$ OTR (about 35 000$ before taxes and all that crap) would be quite reasonable.

My reasoning for this offer:

1- Car has been sitting in the lot for a long time (about 7-8 months).
2- Car has a lot of mileage and is chewing on the CPO warranty (120 000km).
3- Vehicle was previously a lease and the residual on a 2013 is about 35k. Since this is a 2012, I figured it would be in the 30k-31k range.

What do you guys think? Reasonable offer? Or crazy ridiculous offer? How much would you offer? Why?

Thanks for your help guys.

Potrice

PS: Anyone in Ottawa/GTA area selling a 2012 White ML350 Bluetec? I'm interested.

2013 ML350 BlueTec
Off the top, I think thats a slightly on the high side, but just slighty. For comparison, in Jan, I paid about 38kUSD for CPO 2013 fully loaded bluetec with 39kmiles and about 1.75 years on warranty.

So, the intrinsic value of the warranty, xenon lights, active curve, panoramic roof, color, and lighting package is around 5k. Maybe 33usd would be a nice deal?
