Air to coilover conversion, bypass / disabling Airmatic?

Long story short, I need to either fix my Air struts or do a custom coilover conversion which I've been thinking about for a while. Has anyone done this?

The conversion itself is not a problem for me, but I'm assuming I will get a handful of errors once the air struts are disconnected. Is there any way around this? Does anyone make a bypass kit / module for the ML?

I know some suspension manufacturers make so called cancellation kits for adjustable suspension systems for other makes, but I haven't seen that for the ML. I've also come across Arnott who makes a coilover conversion including what they call a bypass module for airmatic equipped CLS and E-class, but for ML nor do they sell the bypass module seperately.

sorry if this has been discussed before, I tried searching for the topic but was not able to find anything exactly related.

It would cost you more to convert than to replace on leak airbag. Just change the leaking airbag, it is not necessary to change out by the pair.
