Does the shop mean LED light assembly?

I wouldn't recommend LED lights for any forward projecting lights in housing not designed specifically to capture LED surface mounted light spread. You basically end up with reduced throw distance, light scatter, and dark spots. HID conversion is still the better option. You'll need an H7 canbus kit. Let me know if interested in higher end Morimoto kits.

I would be interested if you can tell me of a shop in the Port Charolette/Tampa/Fort Myers area to install them

I agree, if the shop is just going to throw something like this in there, then I would not do it:

The LED light will scatter all over the place in the halogen projector. Even a H7 HID kit is not ideal for a halogen projector, but it is a lot better than an aftermarket LED kits.
